Our annual Local Oyster Showcase will take place under a tent on the terrace where you will go on a walk around interactive tasting flight of 6 Sparkling Pointe wines each pairied with a selection of Long Island oysters.
Learn about oyster terroir (merroir) with this exciting opportunity to taste 6 different local oysters and meet the people who grow and cook with them.
This year's line up includes: Great Gun Oysters, Founders Oysters, Peconic Golds, Oysterponds, Fire Island Blues, Violet Cove, Claudio's Restaurant, First & South, Frisky Oyster, Fyr & Salt, North Fork Shack, and A Lure Chowder House & Oysteria.
Ticket includes a walk around tasting flight of 6 Sparkling Pointe wines paired with a two dozen combination of raw and prepared oysters.
*Cancellations with 3+ days advance notice will be eligible for a refund. After that tickets are non-refundable.
