Winemaker Notes

Akin to its namesake gemstone, Topaz Impérial shows a pale pink color with hints of orange reminiscent of the setting North Fork sun during harvest season. Ripe strawberry, red cherry, and notes of rose petal on the nose and palate mingle elegantly with savory touches of biscotti. It's dry in style, yet fruity and juicy with brisk acidity and a lingering finish. Delicate and persistent, its fine bubbles compose a harmonious ballet.
